How does it work?

Normal Schmormal is committed to making executive skills and ADHD coaching and its other services accessible for more Schmormals in need!

Coaching sessions are offerered at five pricing tiers that you can choose from:

First, schedule and attend your complimentary compatibility session‍‍ ‍with Jess. Please know this is not a “cool kids audition.” This is a time for both of us to find out if we’re a good match for the important work you’re about to undertake and the commitment we’ll be making to each other!

Next, if you’re ready to join the Schmormal community, schedule coaching sessions, body double sessions, consults, and check-ins here, or go to the “SCHEDULING” tab in the website menu.

Choose 60 or 30-minute coaching or body double sessions. There are FIVE rates to choose from. Pick the session with the rate that best works for you.

Finances unpredictable these days? You won’t be locked in to any one rate - pay whichever rate you need every time you schedule.

Best for those experiencing financial instability and/or challenges in meeting basic needs. Also a temporary option for particularly tight weeks or months when you need to schedule sessions. Please consider a higher rate if you’re able to manage, so I can continue to offer this lowest rate to those most in need while also sustaining my small business and paying my own bills (real talk).
Suggested rate when you can manage within means for this additional expense in your monthly budget. Don’t have a monthly budget yet? No need to be embarrassed - this is common for Schmormals. We can work on creating a realistic functional budget in our coaching sessions!
This rate is suggested when making at or above a livable wage; financially stable. Selecting this rate contributes to Normal Schmormal’s own stability, which means continual support for you and our shared communities!
Pay this rate when finances are not an issue - yay! May we all thrive together one day.
Pay this rate when finances are secure, needs met, and you have expendable income. This is the industry average for executive skills development coaches with 15+ years of experience, like me!
